The South Sudanese government has conceded that it has lost control of the administrative headquarters of one of the key oil-producing state to rebels attached to rebel leader Riek Machar. Colonel Philip Aguer, the South Sudanese military spokesman, conceded earlier this week that Bentiu, the capital of Unity state, has been won over by the rebels.
