Another turn in 2G Probe

The Central Bureau of Investigation will examine transcripts of conversation between M.S. Jaffar Sait, when he was the additional director-general of police (intelligence), Tamil Nadu, and Sharad Kumar Reddy, former managing director of Kalaignar TV. Made public by the AAP, the conversations purportedly show how documents were tampered with to cover up the trail of money to the channel in the 2G spectrum case. Releasing the conversation, it was alleged that it points to alleged kickbacks to Karunanidhi.
