Rajni's biography in Tamil too, by Penguin

Fans of Southern Superstar Rajnikanth will have more reasons to celebrate on his 63rd birthday on 12 December this year when Penguin Books India, one of the leading publishers in the country will bring out a biography researched and written by a leading London based critic and film producer Naman Ramachandran.

The publishers are also planning to bring the book in Tamil simultaneously considering the superstar is living legend down South.
 
"Naman Ramachandran is still working on it. Once we have the manuscripts with us in a couple of months we will consider publishing it in Tamil as well," Udayan Mitra, Cinema Editor of Penguin India told The Sunday Indian on the sidelines of World Book Fair in the Capital.
 
Naman who co-authored Lights, Camera, Masala six years; has researched his new subject by conducting interviews with the superstar, family and friends.
 
Also the author has spoken to several fans to understand how and why they not only love but also worship him.
 
It will be a masterpiece and serve as a complete guide on the superstar.
 
However this is not the first book on Rajnikanth.
 
Earlier there where two books released 'The Name is Rajinikanth' by Gayathri Sreekanth and 'Punchtantra' by PC Balasubramanian, both are best sellers among fans and book lovers.
