'Kolavari Di' crosses 50 million hits on YouTube

“Kolavari Di” on Monday went beyond 50 million hits on Youtube, affirming that music admirers are still going to stick with Southern superstar Dhanush's astonishing song.

On Monday afternoon, 50,086,633 were recorded.

Credit goes to its unusual and bilingual lyrics. The song became a buzz on the net when it was launched on the internet on November 16 and received more than a million hits within the date of its release.

Tamil's luminary Rajnikanth's son-in-law Dhanush penned the lyrics of the song in Tamil and English and even sung it too.

Danush also composed a Sachin Tendulkar anthem.

“Kolavari Di” means murderous rage.

This song is a part of Dhanush's forthcoming movie “3”, which is his wife Aishwarya Rajnikanth's directorial debut.
