In a very strong worded statement, Iran’s foreign minister has severally criticised Israel for its bid to scuttle a possible nuclear deal between Iran and the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany, popularly known as P5+1. “We have seen that statements coming out of Israel indicate that they are not interested in finding solutions [to the nuclear issue], they have been trying to push for problems,” Mohammad Javad Zarif was reported as saying following his Italian FM Emma Bonino in Rome early this week. However, Zarif still sounded hopeful about the negotiations.
