A Presidential museum

A museum on the Indian presidency is to come up in the stables of the Rashtrapati Bhavan and is likely to be opened to the public next year. The displays will be picked up from the two small museums that exist in the Rashtrapati Bhavan. These include cutlery, statues of King George V and Queen Mary, a silver chair for the Queen, a brass replica of the British Crown, and select gifts that Presidents have received over the years. The collection will present a comprehensive history of the highest Constitutional office in the land.
