General Motors is making strategic moves to improve its product roll outs to cut down losses. The auto major has decided to fuel in $1 billion in their Brazil plant. The expected bailout package from the US Government would be the source of this funding. This is being done to prevent their Latin American unit from facing the kind of production problems countered by their US plant. Moreover, the influx of $3.51 billion recently announced by the Brazilian Government
in the Brazil's automobile sector would definitely help in reviving the sluggish sales of General Motors.
