The editorial, "Mamata's life...' by Prof. Chaudhuri is a foretelling of Bengal's feature political threat, which is embedded with the present mayhem of the state. It won't be an exaggeration to say that in Bengal CPM rules with their flesh eating jaws and Didi influences the heart and soul of the people. I don't think Congress is going to support any other party than Trinamool Congress in the coming elections. Earlier it dumped RJD in Bihar and recently RJD and JMM in Jharkhand Assembly polls. If we look back in to the history, Congress swept LS polls after Indira Gandhi's assassination. It won majority of the seats leaving only two seats for the opposition. I do not wish ill for Mamata but if she meets the fate of Indira, it would be the last nail in CPM's coffin. And whosoever will take over the reins of TC, will come off victorious and triumphant. May Prof. Chaudhuri's voice reach to Mamata and the Congress, which will be enough to reveal the carnivore canine teeths of CPM. A change in guard can only bring out Bengal from the present mayhem.
