 While performing in Singapore recently, the American diva, Mariah Carey toppled over as she sang ‘Make it happen’! Although the pop sensation signaled her minions to take the high heels off her, she later covered up this malfunction by saying that her tumbling on the stage was on purpose. Also, there are rumours of this 40-year-old being in the family way, though Mariah is silent about the speculation. So, here’s wishing the lady all the luck to make it happen! 

A good egg!

Actor R Madhavan has teamed-up with PETA India and has voiced concern over the cruelty towards chicken supplied to KFC. An excerpt from his letter to David Novak, CEO of KFC parent company Yum! Brands, shared exclusively with TSI, reads, "I am sure you're a compassionate person who agrees that animals – whether they are dogs, cats or chickens – should not be abused and that working to stop this unnecessary cruelty should be a top priority. Please use your unique position to stop the worst abuses of these sensitive birds by making the improvements suggested by PETA and KFC's own former animal welfare advisors". Good to see a concerned citizen not chickening out of his moral responsibilities!

Aishwarya Rai is all set to walk the ramp in the third edition of HDIL India Couture Fashion Week. The actress will be seen showcasing Manish Malhotra’s collection, while the promos of Ash donning a 70s look designed by the ace designer in the latest flick "Action Replay" are already being run on television. Having won praises from American and British critics for her performance in "Raavan", and an upcoming Hollywood project with Ben Stiller as well as her much hyped "Endhiran – The Robot" nearing its release date, this Mistress of Spices is definitely having a good year.

Lohan’s legal hitch!

Lindsay Lohan has been making hay even in her rainy days! Recently, the talented and vivacious actress called PR agencies and tried to sell her first post-jail photo, wearing her SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet for $10,000! After her short jail stint, Lohan is now in an unidentified rehabilitation centre in southern California where she intends to stay till the next hearing. The actress, infamous for her flair of flirting with the law, could be put behind the bars for an entire year, for violating the terms of her probation.Now, that’s a picture nobody wants to see!
