Thirty-nine-year-old Winona Ryder has never been married, and neither is she in any hurry to tie the knot. Her parents have been together for 40 years, and she wishes to marry only once in her lifetime too, which is why she is taking her time in taking the leap. But now that there’s only a year left for the Girl, Interrupted star to turn 40, she is beginning to feel the pressure, especially as she plans on having children. With her biological clock ticking away, we think we will see Ryder walking down the aisle in the very near future.





The reluctant star
Everybody wants to be a celebrity, right? Well, Kristen Stewart would rather be just another chick in the mall! In a recent interview, she ruefully remarked that she finds it difficult to not be ‘just some girl,’ and not be able to go to a mall like regular 20-year-olds. Acting since she was nine years old, Kristen believes she would never have entered films if she hadn’t done so at that young age. In an earlier interview Kristen had said that she would like to go to college and study literature. Well, don’t be surprised if Kristen does trade the world of showbiz for the exciting life of an ordinary college girl!




The wild card
After a long break, Yana Gupta jumped right back to making headlines with her recent ‘pantyless’ appearance at a charity event, and then by gracefully accepting boxes of panties from concerned fans as Christmas and New Year gifts! This Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4 participant also recently performed at the Union Smart Living Awards in a rather skimpy outfit, which apparently didn’t leave much to people’s imagination! Ousted from Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4, she is being considered as the most likely candidate to return to the dance show as a wildcard entry. Maybe Sony Entertainment Television should consider giving her a clothing guideline lest the show reduces to one of 'covering' talent, rather than uncovering it!



A break from the routine
That Aamir Khan likes to do things differently is an established fact – his director wife Kiran Rao seems to be following in his footsteps. For her debut film Dhobi Ghat, which has been produced by Aamir, they intend to have no interval at all. The 95-minute film has apparently been structured to be seen in one sitting without a break, and so Aamir has personally spoken with all the multiplex owners and taken it in writing from them that they will not have any intervals in the film. Defying conventions as usual, that’s Aamir Khan for you!
