The issue of water crisis rocked the second day of the Delhi Assembly budget session.

BJP MLA Dharam Deo Singh Solanki raised the issue of water crisis in his Assembly constituency during question hour. He alleged that the government has given water of his area to the hotels being built in that region depriving common people from water. He also alleged that these hotels are of Robert Vadra.

On the name of Robert Vadra, Chief Minister and her ministerial colleagues raised objection and demanded that Robert Vadra’s name should be expunged from the records. Later the name of Vadra was expunged.

Other BJP MLAs also raised the issue of water crisis in their constituencies. The House witnessed the pandemonium and on this the speaker adjourned the House for 40 minutes . After resumption opposition again raised the issue but later the House functioned smoothly.
