UP transfers nine more IAS officers

In yet another administrative reshuffle, Uttar Pradesh government on Wednesday transferred nine IAS officers. While Principal Secretary, Cooperative Majid Ali has been sent to Science and Technology department, Secretary, Science and Technology Mohammad Mustafa has been made Commissioner Entertainment tax, an official release issued here said.

Commissioner and Director Industries, Kanpur, Mohammad Ifthakharuddin has been made Managing Director, UP State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC), Kanpur while Labour Commissioner and MD UPSIDC Sitaram Meena has been given additional responsibility of Director Industries, it said.

SP Goyal in the wait-list has been made Secretary Planning, Additional Land Commissioner Kaushal Raj Sharma has been made Special secretary Infrastructure and Industrial development.

Secretary, Secondary Education Jitendra Kumar has been sent to Human Rights department in the same capacity while State Project Director, midday meal scheme Parthsarthi Sen Sharma has been made secretary, secondary education.

District Magistrate Kaushambi, Atul Kumar has been made State Project Director, Sarv Siksha Abhiyan, Midday meal scheme, it added.
