The article by Prasoon S. Majumdar on how to control the wastage of water, electricity, food, et al for the welfare of society inspires us to rethink on these issues. Why is there so much violence? Demonstrations are taking a violent and ugly turn. TSI would definitely help build a better society. My wishes for the editorial team.

Better than the rest

I am a chartered accountant student. TSI is really good. The article on the NOIDA serial-killing is good. Investigation by TSI unearthed how even the CBI is steeped in corruption. TSI is a better magazine than the rest and is moving in the right direction. Keep it up, Mr. Chaudhuri.

I feel is that even a dacoit wants to do as he pleases, then he has the right. In the NE States, governments motivate militants to return to the mainstream with several schemes. The example of Mizoram (which is fastest developing state in the region) is a classic one.
