The Congress may be losing election after election, but there seems to be no dip in the personal popularity of UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi. In both metros and smaller cities, Sonia emerges as the clear leader with close to 19% of youngsters opting for Gandhi. Despite being out of the public eyes for years, Atal Bihari Vajpayee continues to occupy the second place. Vajpayee runs neck and neck with Sonia in North, East and West but is way behind her in the South. Despite doubts about his abilities to win elections, Rahul Gandhi too finds a place in the top five.
