Ten killed in two mishaps in Rajasthan

Ten people were on Monday killed and four others were injured in two separate road accidents in Rajasthan.

Four pilgrims were killed this morning and as many children were injured when a van in which they were travelling rammed into a stationary truck in Beawar town in Ajmer district.

The victims were on their way to the holy shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisty in Ajmer from Gujarat when the incident occurred. In the other road accident, six persons were killed when a truck they were travelling in overturned in Udaipur district.

The mishap occurred near Gudli village when the truck driver on his way to Udaipur from Bambora area in the district lost control following which the vehicle overturned.
