Sitamarhi firing case: Three troopers arrested

Three Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) troopers have been arrested and five suspended in Bihar for opening fire at villagers, killing one person, police said Sunday.

The villagers were protesting the molestation of a woman allegedly by one of their colleagues in Sitamarhi district, close to the Nepal border.

Bihar police chief Abhyanand said the arrested men had been sent to jail.
