SC Jain takes over as Member, DSCC

SC Jain has assumed the charge as Member, Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Delhi State Consumer Court).
Jain, a law graduate from Delhi University, has experience of more than a decade in adjudicating the problems and complaints relating to Insurance, Banking, Financial institutions, Educational Institutions, Electricity, Airlines, Transport, etc.
Earlier, he has worked as member of District Disputes Redressal Forum in Delhi for 10 years.
He is also a member of Asia Pacific Jurist Association as well as of International Council of Jurists.
