I read your write up on SAARC and it was good. The level of co-operation SAARC countries look forward to, is a distant dream. To realise this dream, one needs to overcome vested interests, conflicts and disputes and work united. Only then can we think of a “South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation”, rather than “South Asian Association for Reluctant Co-operation”.
