Political adultery

 

 

The Indian democratic scene reeks of 'political adultery' and deceit. We are entering one of the worst phases of democracy, where the votes do not count. Candidates switch loyalties in exchange for positions of power. We are no more about democracy but concealed anarchy. Our representatives lust after power and not governance. Values change depending on the direction of winds. Before we start bragging to the world, about our so called 'futuristic super power status',we need to look at ourselves. Our democracy is about losing values for a price. We may not be a 'banana republic ' but our heroes are as yellow and even more bent than an Indian banana.
