PM hopes Winter Session will move smoothly

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh hopes that the Winter Session of Parliament will move smoothly.
The Prime Minister says that the government is prepared to discuss all issues which the Opposition wants to raise.
He asserts that there is virtually no case for boycott of Home Minister P Chidambaram by the Opposition.
Prime Minister hopes, “Political parties will desist from any such temptation.”
