Passion to design Black Drink Tea

Ideas come from grass roots. But root without nourishment does not prosper. Is Mohammad Ilyas Ansari's story asking for pity? A man who designed a Terrorism Control System in the name of Black-Drink Tea is still awaiting answers from PMO and Maharshtra government, who have robbed his idea as AADHAR, Unique Identification Authority of India (UID).

It was long back when Ansari, a tailor master went abroad for livelihood and saw ATM Cards and Nationality cards. Certainly an Idea came into his mind that how the citizens of the different nations can utilize an International Identity card towards prevention of terrorism. According to Ilyas “when I came back to India in 1995, I started trying to fill ideas on paper. After a long process I registered the idea at Intellectuals Property Office at Antop Hill, Mumbai, and wrote an application to the Controller General of Patents Designs and also sent a copy to PMO house, Mantralya at Maharashtra State and International Red Cross Society of India. But I did not receive any answer from them”.

Sharing his ideas with TSI, forty-years-old tailor-cum-fashion designer says, “I want to protect whole world as well as our country from Black World and Terrorism, our company with the help of government will issue Special Card, Guardian Card, Family Card and Rental Card with International Serial Number, and we could know that who is who.”

Ansari says “I was thinking about making this card from 1994 and completed this work in 2008 then it came to my attention. When I was preparing this project, I had lost my service where I was getting a monthly salary of Rupees 17,000. I didn't loose my passion”.

“After designing the card, I sent it to 13 countries like USA, China, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Russia, Egypt, Iran and England etc. but our lawyer said that without the registration as a intellectual Property you cannot protect your work; then I registered it but now I came to know that how UID has been developed on my ideas,” he says, “I am not sure but may be someone has been reading my suggestions and then designed it”.


It is an interesting story that how a 10th pass Tailor master is so serious to prevent terrorism and working hard day and night. Ha says, “every time I have seen that terrorists are playing a dirty game and Muslims are under pressure. It is a fact that terrorism has no religion and Black World game planner is playing cleverly. But there was no long term solution to secure our world and protect our citizens. My work is providing a long term solution.”

Discovering their designs he explains, “I have been drawing it through the traffic signal rules, our red card shows VIPs, government officials and important personalities; green card for those people who have their own property; and Yellow card who are residing as on rental basis. Only a card can describe what is your status and where you belong to.”

A father of three, Ansari says “I have designed my own security personnel named 'Indian Black Tiger'. They will try to maintain the security issues and will also check the “Black Drink Card”. Replying to the question that why you have chosen Black Drink name, Ansari says “Black world people, Mafias and terrorist are planning their ideas in the dark places and also they are drinking Black water, but our forces will crack their plans in their own fields and sabotage their bloody thoughts, so I have chosen it as a “Black Drink Tea”.

With the preparation of bylaws, rules and regulations, Ansari is now looking that how government or any NGO could come forward and support his cause.

Has the time come? He asks; and giving a clap he says, “my 15 years struggle can be fruitful if the government or any official helps me. I am not only a designer but also passionate about it, and I am sure if the nations join hands, I can do a lot of thing for the protection of our nation and also for a peaceful world.

Talking about the advantages of this Card Ansari explains that the first thing is that thousands of the educated people will get employment, secondly all Indians will get their own recognition by this card, and it will also prove their identity to the whole world. In metro cities, he says, especially in Mumbai, lot of people are residing in rented flats, chawls and houses. After the expiry of the agreement period, the landlords are getting possession over the said room, and some tenants with ulterior motive create a dispute with the owner, till the matter goes to Court. And if the owner of the premise is economically weak then he has to lose his case.

“But my card will show his truthfulness and a “Guardian Card” will substantiate his position,” Ansari says. “It is also important that a person will not require any other identity card, only my card will be proof enough to explain his or her history. If this idea is implemented, I am sure we will be able to protect our nation from terrorism”.
