N Murali, new president of Chennai Music Academy

Senior Managing Director of Kasturi and Sons Pvt Ltd, N Murali, has been elected as President of The Music Academy, Chennai.

Murali was elected unopposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Academy held on Sunday and for a three year term, a release here said.

Those elected for other posts such as Vice-Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurer and Executive Committee members were also elected unopposed, the second time after 2008, the release from Murali said.
