MORE THAN A WOMAN

 

 

Crimes against women, in the eyes of law and the society have always been taken up as of the most grave nature and dealt with severely. Hence things took an unusual turn when 42-year-old Alexander David Cross, accused of committing rape, turned out to be a woman also known as Elaine Ann Cross! Lodged at the Hamilton County Jail in the state of Tennessee, prosecutors were in for a rude shock when camera footage of the jail showers revealed Alexander to be in fact a woman. Sources disclosed that Cross had refused to bathe and on the 10th day the jail authorities forced her to take a shower under their supervision, which led to the revelation. The rape victim in question is a 15-year-old girl who’d fallen in love with Cross and had even dreamt of marrying him!
