Bihar was once considered unchangeable and was written off. But it has re-invented its thought process and changed the way it looks at tomorrow. They were condemned in Maharashtra and today Maharashtra has fallen behind in terms of growth. Negative politics and 'thinking without thoughts' have caused Maharashtra to lag behind. This change of attitude in Bihar should be a lesson for the rest of India. The large battle is always more important and Bihar has fought out its own thoughts. India needs to concentrate on its strengths and not fight trivial battles. Bihar has risen like the phoenix instead of burning in its own flames. Unity has worked and with the right governance, change was bound to follow. This proves that trying to divide India into smaller states will always not be the desired solution. Bihar realised the value of its resources and human resources. Both are combined to propel growth. India should be ashamed of categorising 'Biharis'. We should stop giving names to communities and look at a better tomorrow.
