Juhi, tell us something about Gulab Gang.
It’s a story of women. It speaks about women empowerment. I am playing a politician. It's a negative character and I am really excited as I am for the first time I am playing such a role.

Why did you opt for this negative character?
When Soumik narrated me the script, I thought he has gone mad. I told him that this is not the right script for me. He came again with some changes in the script, but I thought of going ahead with the first script as it was fresh.

Do you think people will accept you in this role?
Absolutely. I think they will love me. I am sure they have not seen this kind of villain before.

How was the experience working with Madhuri Dixit?
It was superb. She is a great co-actor to work with. People keep on comparing us but she is a mature actor and focus only on her work.
