This is in reference to the feelings expressed by parliamentarians on the poor performance of the Indian cricket team in South Africa. It would be best to pay the players according to their performance. Selection of players should be computer-based, after feeding their performance chart in the computer. This will make cricketers concentrate on game rather than minting money from commercials. The BCCI President, coach and selection committee should also be held accountable for the poor performance
of cricketers.
