This is with reference to your cover story Is Indian judiciary becoming a new-age Tughlaq? that has been justly dealt with. Pending cases, piled up files, and indifferent judiciary – what a shame that none has paid heed to! The few high profile cases solved hide the real truth. What is the point in delaying justice. Time and again it has been repeated that justice delayed is justice denied. How embarrassing a scene it would be to see a rape victim’s child crying for its mother’s attention as she stands at the witness box.
