The editorial on judicial reforms are realistic and our legal fraternity should understand the problems of common man. Arindam Chaudhuri has truly said that, unless the police is given more power and time to investigate, proper witness protection, and freedom to choose prosecutor is given, decision taken to speeding up to deliver verdict is not fruitful.
