I agree whatever has been mentioned, but it is a melancholy for Indians that there is no monitoring of people's money. Why cannot we make CAG an independent body which works without any influence of the government and there should be appraisal of funds allocation and be made available to public. This might improve the hard skin people sitting at Delhi.
