Your cover story, 'Darkness at noon' (TSI, April 19-25) rightly narrated the harsh reality. There is no political will for the Indian government. Digvijay Singh has dug on P Chidambaram and this can demoralise him and the jawans. Like Vinobaji’s Bhoodan movement, a new fresh approach is needed. People like Arundhathi Roy and Medha Patkar can mediate and convince the Maoists to surrender. The government should give jobs to young Maoist who surrender, as being given to ex-terrorists in Jammu & Kashmir. One India, one nation, one approach to one problem of Maoists should be the trend and method to solve the problem.
