Anna has a willpower to fast

Dr Sayyad Rafique Gafoor sayid that Anna Hazare's body is habituted to fasting and can go on hunger strikes without seriously affecting his health.

Dr. Gafoor, who has been Anna's doctor for over 27 years will soon be in New Delhi to look after Anna during his fast.

"His body is habituated to the fasts,” says Sayyad, a senior doctor in Hazare’s home taluka of Parner.

Dr. Gafoor added that he is under going treatment for hypertension and also suffers from chronic hyperacidity. Continuous travelling and fasts aggravate APD, but to tell him to abstain from his tours and fasts is asking for the impossible. But he carried a treatment kit for his illnesses.
