Al PSU Gets First Woman Director

The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has its first woman director (commercial) in Soma Mondal who has worked with the PSU giant since 1984 when she joined as a trainee engineer. An alumna of Electrical Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Rourkela, Mondal has experience in sales and marketing, and has devised winning strategies for domestic sales, export, and launch of new products. She is currently GM, Marketing.
