A horrifying mess

 

 

“Dekh Re Dekh” has ingredients of a drama, comedy, horror, dark comedy and while it remains confused about the genre it wishes to represent, it most truly fits into the category of a horror. For nothing is more frightening to see than a fine concept being brutally butchered by limp dialogues, pathetic, ill-timed and glaringly low-budget song and dance sequences, and ho-hum acting. No wait, there is something more frightening – seeing Gracy Singh in a close up, every three minutes! The lady has clearly lost her charm. While Siddharth Koirala takes the prize for taking acting to an all-new low. A film about four people who choose to steal in order to quickly get rich and solve all their problems, it is strictly to be skipped by every sane movie-goer.
