MUSHROOMING GROWTH! If you ever thought global warming was one of the worst threats to plants and animals, its time you think again! Researchers in the UK have revealed that as opposed to the normal reproduction cycle of fungi like mushrooms, which is an annual affair, they are now reproducing twice a year, causing a substantial increase in their numbers. Considering that they gorge on rotting rubbish, this means that decomposition of compost etc. will take place at twice the speed now and trees too will get access to twice the amount of nutrients and subsequently grow much faster! So what do we have here could global warming not be all that bad?
