Google Nexus 7 - Features and Specifications

Google Nexus 7 In a wonderful product launch last night (IST), Google unveiled its new Android powered Tablet–Nexus 7. Made by Samsung, Nexus 7 is currently the first and only tablet to be powered by Android Jelly Bean 4.1. The 7 inch tablet has a 1280 x 800 display, NVIDIA Quad-core Tegra 4 processor. According to Google, the battery can run up to 8 Hours of HD Video playback or 10 hours of reading.

Nexus 7 is available in two different variants, one with 8GB internal storage and other one with 16 GB. The 8GB version is going to cost $199 along with contract with Service providers and the 16 GB one is for $249. Both comes with a $25 credit to the Google Play store which one can use to buy paid apps.

Nexus 7 fully integrates with Google services such as Gmail , Docs, Google + etc and if you already using Android phone, it can easily be synchronized and all that can also be sync with what you do on your computer.

Nexus 7 is available for pre order in US, UK, Canada and Australia right from today through Google play store and the shipment will start with in next 2-3 weeks. Other countries including India might get this product by July end.
